PALM VISTA SENIOR LIVING 

Located on five acres in the upmarket neighborhood of Rancho Vista, Palmdale, this 68,000 square foot facility provides assisted living and memory care services to 115 residents.

Being one of the fastest growing areas in the US over the past 10 years, the Jacksonville MSA has attracted enormous investment, particularly in the fields of finance, healthcare and technology and is home to one of only three Mayo Clinics in the United States.

Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2025 with an expected opening in July 2027.
