  VINEYARD RANCH
 

The 100 Bed Assisted living and Memory Care Facility is located in the heart of Temecula, CA - Southern California's wine country.
 

Trained staff provides three nutritious meals served daily and a 24-hour complimentary bistro together with assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). 

There are numerous amenities, including a Fitness Center, Library/Business Center, Surround Sound Movie Theater, Private Dining, Bar/Games Room, Arts & Crafts, Transportation, Private Patio/Balcony which emphasize the community's Life Enrichment Programs and Activities.

Construction on a new standalone memory care wing will begin early 2024 which will add a  further 16 assisted living units and 9 memory care units. The new memory care wing is expected to open in the first quarter of 2025.

 HARBORCHASE OF SABAL PALMS I

A 100 Bed Assisted living and Memory Care Facility located in the heart of Palm Coast, FL - Florida's First Coast.

 OCEAN HILLS I
 

The 123 bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community is located in Oceanside, California. 

The development is custom tailored for the bucolic, park-like setting in which it is located. It is a state-of-the-art facility, featuring a rich Mediterranean-style architecture. 

The development hosts a movie theater, a hairdresser and spa as well as a fitness center with exercise and therapeutic equipment. Other amenities include a bistro, a library, a club room, a bar as well as three multi-functional activity rooms that can be used for art, music, yoga, religious practice and lectures. 

In addition to the indoor amenities, the facility will also have a beach and outdoor terrace suitable for dining and entertainment, a beautiful rose garden, a dog run and multiple walking trails and viewing lookout areas.   

SERRA SOL
 

This new 72-bed memory care facility is located on Avenida Los Cerritos in the historic city of San Juan Capistrano. 

Being so close to the intersection of I-5 & I-74, access to and from the site is unparalleled, ensuring that visits to loved ones are as convenient as possible. 

The facility is approximately 36,000 sq. ft. and is specifically designed to enhance residents mental, social and physical well-being while its programs will incorporate the newest and most innovative techniques for addressing cognitive decline.

OCEAN HILLS II 

This 102,000 square foot , 102 unit Independent Living Community is designed to fit seamlessly with the Assisted Living and Memory Care building so as to create one comprehensive campus allowing residents to age in place. 

In addition to all of the amenities contained in the Assisted Living building, residents have access to a swimming pool and spa, pickle ball court, 4-hole putting green, fitness center and multiple dining options both inside al fresco.

 HARBORCHASE OF DAYTONA BEACH 

This 97-bed, 73,500 square foot Assisted Living and Memory Care community is situated in an opportunity zone in the city of Daytona Beach, Florida. 

The site is conveniently located on Williamson Blvd which is highly trafficked thoroughfare running from Port Orange in the South to Ormond Beach in the North and is within 1.5 miles of the International Airport, the Daytona Speedway and Jimmy Buffet's nationally acclaimed Latitude Margaritaville which, together with the ICI Homes 55+ communities, will add another 10,000 residents over the age of 60 to the LPGA Blvd area over the next few years. 

The community has a movie theatre, hairdresser and spa as well as a fitness center with exercise and therapeutic equipment. Located on five acres in the upmarket neighborhood of Rancho Vista, Palmdale, this 68,000 square foot facility will provide assisted living and memory care services to 115 residents.

It is conveniently located on Rancho Vista Boulevard, which is the main East-West corridor in Palmdale, across the road from a new Walmart Neighborhood center and within 2 miles of the Antelope Valley Regional Mall and the Palmdale Regional Medical Center. The facility will benefit from a severely underserved market, with only two competing facilities serving a Primary Market Area with a population of 340,000 and a 65+ population of approximately 35,000. Furthermore, as home to the largest defense contractors in the country - Northrup Grumman, Boeing and Lockheed Martin - Palmdale is expected to greatly benefit from the increase in defense spending and has already seen some of those benefits with the recent influx of more than 5,000 highly trained engineers from these companies.

This 116-bed, 94,000 square foot Assisted Living and Memory Care community is located just off the Florida Turnpike on Boca Raton Road, Boca Raton, FL.

This state-of-the-art facility has been designed with single sided-corridors to allow for maximum natural light. It hosts a movie theatre, a hairdresser and spa as well as a fitness center with exercise and therapeutic, a bistro, a library, a club room, a bar as well as three multi-functional activity rooms that can be used for art, music, yoga, religious practice and lectures. In addition to the indoor amenities, the facility has 4 interior courtyards, one of which is covered with ceiling screens which allow residents to enjoy the outdoors all year long.

SABAL PALMS II

OPENING 2025

Sabal Palms Phase II will consist of a 100 bed Independent Living community, creating an magnificent campus which will allow residents to comfortably age in place. 

In addition to all the amenities contained in Assisted Living building, residents will have access to a swimming pool and spa, a pickle ball court, a 6-hole putting green, a fitness center and multiple dining options including a covered outdoor entertainment area containing a BBQ, TV and seating from which residents  can have views of the pool and the pickle ball court.

PROTEA SENIOR LIVING MELBOURNE

OPENING 2026

Protea Melbourne is a 166,000 square foot luxury senior campus. The community, which consists of 70 Independent Living, 67 Assisted Living and 22 Memory Care units is located in one of the most desirable parts of Melbourne. Just 7 minutes off the I-95 overlooking the Indian River, the building is nestled between the upmarket communities of Viera and Suntree and the affluent sub-markets of Merritt Island, Lansing Island and the beach communities. 

As the largest city on the Space Coast, which is home to Blue Origin, Space X and L-3 Engineering, Melbourne has experienced enormous growth over the past 10 years and is poised for further expansion.
